Usability test with Priima Learning Management System
There has not been usability evaluation conducted for Priima yet, thus, there is real need for it. The primary focus of the usability evaluation is the Materials section.
Goals
The usability evaluation aims to find usability issues affecting the system, provide valuable feedback about the system and ensure best user experience for the users of Priima.
Methodologies
In this usability testing of Priima will have as main focus usability attributes of efficiency, learnability, satisfaction and user experience.
The expert evaluation methods utilized were heuristic evaluation based on Jakob Nielsen’s general principles for interaction design, scenario-based evaluation as well as several interviews to observe user behaviors and issues while using the system.
